Is there a free trial?

Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Move between Base, Pro, and Premier at any point as your practice grows.
Which channels are supported?
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Publish directly from Social Cascade or from the Teleprompter app.
Is the Teleprompter app included?
Yes. Voice training, Scripts, and the Teleprompter app are included with every plan at no extra cost.
What about FQHCs and health departments?
HRSA-designated centers are eligible for dedicated pricing, and health departments can coordinate plans across their provider networks. Mention your designation when you reach out.
What is the Content Starter Bundle?
A one-time onboarding package. In a 90-minute working session we build your brand foundation, map your core clinical topics, and produce 100 custom posts plus a holiday and recognition bundle — roughly twelve months of scheduled content.
How does Text Series billing work with a Social Plan?
The discounted add-on rate is annual only: $588 a year for Starter and $1,188 a year for Pro. Month to month, Text Series is quoted at the standalone rate alongside your social plan.
Is Text Series only for practices already on social?
No. Text Series runs standalone at $179 a month for Starter or $299 a month for Pro. Practices already publishing with us get the bundled annual rate.
What kind of texts can we send?
Educational series that guide patients between visits, with consent-aware enrollment, landing pages, and English or Spanish delivery. It is not a clinical messaging inbox.
Do you offer month-to-month without a contract?
Yes. All plans are available month-to-month. Annual billing provides the best rate, but there is no long-term contract required.
What's included in onboarding?
Every new practice gets white-glove onboarding: account setup, channel connection, content selection, and a strategy session to get you publishing within the first week.
Are you a health organization that wants to distribute content or run a network program?
